The gas is running to the injectors but the injectors arent opening to let the gas go through. What could be the problem? Could it be the wiring or what do you all think?
The injectors get a key-on constant 12 volts and a pulsed ground (the ground is how the computer controls the injector being open, as well as for how long the injector is open). It is easier for the puter to control ground than 12 volts.
If you have a noid light, toss it on an injector to be sure.
Otherwise, see if you have key-on 12 volts and go from there. Jrichker has had some excellent posts of late (helping that guy out whose name starts with Z as I recall).
Still no dice but i get my check today and i'll see about getting an actual noid light...as opposed to taping jumper wires onto a test light and sticking them into the injector plug
Zephyr, as Jrichker said a day or two ago, please stop randomly posting on other peoples' threads. I get sidetracked when posting (I often just read the latest reply), and it is just kinda rude, especially since you have a thread or two going about your issue as it is.
I had typed out a reply to this one, until I realized it was Black LX's thread.
