C4 or some other plastique will make a nice hole

Ok, trying to work this out in my head.

If I do the no hole ones. I'll need to cut a hole for the washer resivor , the air filter.. and that's it I think. I might move the battery to the rear, so all I'd need to do is drill holes for the air box retainers or change air intake styles. Am I missing something?

When you put the new one in, did you have to Adjust or measure? Or simply get it in and weld

I clamped them in with vise grips, adjusted a little as needed and welded them in.
