If you want my honest opinion, just wait until you buy the four channel amp and save yourself the headache. TRUST ME! Its zero fun building your whole system just the way you want it, then getting new equipment and tearing the whole thing apart. I saved up and purchased things one at a time, and for a long time (okay not that long 3 months) I drove around with 2 stock speakers in the front doors and the stock head unit. I waited until I had all of my equipment purchased. It sounds like you are for sure going to buy the 4 channel in the future, if thats the case, just get it as soon as you can afford it and then wire everything all at once. Its just smarter this way because you will only have to take the door panels off once, you will only have to pull up the carpet once, and you will only have to pull out the head unit once. If you install the components you have right now and then install a 4 channel later, you are just creating a lot more work for yourself. Just my $0.02, I am just telling you because I have done it both ways, and I know its better just to stockpile your equipment until you have EVERYTHING you intend on purchasing in your possession.

If you dont want to listen to my suggestion above, then I can at least give you a few pointers. If the stock head unit has the regular old 2 holes on each side, then just cut a wire hanger, and bend it so that it will fit in the holes, then just pull out, it will come with a little "coaxing." When you pull out the head unit, everything is color coded, so just match colors, like we all did in 1st grade and you are good to go.

Dont worry about where the old wires are, you dont need to mess with that until you get the 4 channel. If you get the 4 channel, just run the new wires under the carpet and through the door panel (thats the tricky part).

I dont really know how the tweeters will be affected, but my suggestion would be to just pull em. Take them out, because your system may have too much high frequency in it if you have aftermarket 2 ways (or 3 ways) in the doors, and stock tweeters, which will not sound good.
