Installation for springs

Ok so i just got used ford racing springs. Do i have to compress the spring to install them even thought they already have been compressed the first time? I have no idea about suspension stuff its not my area. Thanks

No. I did my complete install in less than 3hrs not ever doing it before. Google spring install for our cars and you should find an good install how to from a vendor.

You will have to get a spring compressor to put them on the front struts, you will need one to get the old springs off as well. If you just take the nut off the strut you could really hurt yourself. The rears are very easy and do not require a compressor.
