Take the clips from the stock radiator and put them on the Griffin - they won't fit exactly but the shroud will hang from it just like the stock radiator just fine - it is not particularly heavy. If you look through the screw holes of the clips, you will see you have to grind 2-3mm to allow the screw to fit - then screw it in like stock and it will hold fine - like I said - it hangs from this so not having the top of the screw surrounded by the lip is no big deal. If you do this, the bottom tabs of the shroud line up with the bottom lip - carefully drill a hole through the bottom lip/flange of the radiator and pass a small bolt - this will stop the shroud from moving up - see - does that make sense?
