I can do springs in 2 hours now. But keep in mind it's not my first time i've done it maybe a dozen times. My first time took 4 hours.
The rears are easy. Support the body and put a jack under the rear end. Unbolt the shocks, quads and sway bar and lower 1 side at a time and just swap the springs. SHould take 1 hour max.
The fronts are just as easy. I unbolt the shock and sway bar and lower the control arm down. I pull the spring out, replace it and jack it back up.
