Installation time?

I can do springs in 2 hours now. But keep in mind it's not my first time i've done it maybe a dozen times. My first time took 4 hours.

The rears are easy. Support the body and put a jack under the rear end. Unbolt the shocks, quads and sway bar and lower 1 side at a time and just swap the springs. SHould take 1 hour max.

The fronts are just as easy. I unbolt the shock and sway bar and lower the control arm down. I pull the spring out, replace it and jack it back up.

its several hours at least, depending on your skill.

It took me almost 2 days when we did mine, because we thought we are smart and got case of Micky Light.....

Lets just say we finished the boo's befor we finished spring....:nonono:

Lowering springs are a joke to put in. You could easily do it in an hour or less. Drag race springs on the other hand will have you pulling your hair out after a while, at least with the fronts. Just take a good look at it, and install it, it's extremely simple it's almost laughable. Caster camber plates aren't too hard either, just slap them in and head down to a wheel shop and get an alignment afterwards.

1.5 hours is pretty good. I went to Chicane Sport Tuning, and they told me it's 3.5 hours of labor at $70/hour for springs, shocks-struts (which don't count because you have to take out the stock ones anyways to put in the springs), and caster/camber plates.

I am in the process of installing some steeda comp springs now. I did the rears this afternoon, and it only took me 1.5 hours taking my time. I'm doing the fronts in the morning, I'll let you know how long it takes.

I finished the fronts yesterday, and it took just a little over an hour to finish, so all together just a little over 2.5 hours.
