Installed hood struts

Unfortunitally I bought this kit way before the group purchase, but this is definitely an awesome mod and our cars should come like this from the factory. I hated that damn prop rod.

I installed mine yesterday. The instructions are very detailed and accurate. The only complaint I have is that the sheet metal screws for the bottom brackets are junk. I broke the heads off of the two rear ones and ended up having to drill one out. I got some stainless steel ones from Auto Zone.

I had no problems with install other than my own mess ups. Screws were fine. I put tons of pressure on them and had no problems.

As far as changing the strut it should be simple as pulling out 2 pins on the top and bottom, and pulling them off the brackets. The hardest part was measuring I think. Rest was a cake walk.
