installed longtubes, bad bad clearance issue.

I installed a set of bbk longtube and the headers are wrapped. i have a upr k member and vert mounts and the steering shaft rub my headers. I have tweaked the steering shaft and rag joint in every way possible and havent gained much room. Anybody have any ideas? Maybe dif mounts or something?

I had the same problem with the steering shaft when I put long tubes on my car. I ended up pulling them off and putting a small dent in the offending tube to gain the clearance I needed. You might have to do the same.
