I finally installed MIL Eliminators a week ago on my brother's 96 Vert. It lowered the idle of the car and it lost alot of power. Soo i took them off because it was stalling at the light occasionally. Since i've taken it off the idle is still a little bit lower than it normally was. What could that be from? Any ideas?

Did you install them on the correct set of O2 sensors (the rear ones)?

Did you disconnect the battery/reset the car computer?
It sounds like you *may have* installed them on the front O2s...in any event, here is a good troubleshooting FAQ, thanks to PEP:

Sounds like you installed them on the front O2's instead of the rear.

I installed MIL Elims this morning when I switched out my midpipe. Didn't lose any power and Idle didn't change at all.

Did you disconnect the battery for 10 minutes like you were supposed to? That re-sets the computer.

What kind did you use? The plug-in type or the type you have to wire? Are you throwing the CEL?
