Installed New Distributor...Now Problems

So I installed the distributor and everything and I have done this before. I first set it to TDC and then timed it to 10 degrees. I thought by timing it, it would stop being so rough. The idle is very shaky and the whole motor is actually shaking along with the car. It sounds like a lawnmower or snow blower rather than a car.

Does anyone know what these symptoms could be from?

Run a cylinder balance test to see which cylinder(s) is acting up. You might have a bad plug or something simple like that.

Hey JT thanks for the response, I actually found out and got it running perfectly 5 minutes after I posted this. I had the wrong firing order, since I went to allfordmustangs and they have the wrong diagram. Once I put the wires in the right spot everything fell into place.
