Installed rear control arms (lower), now lots of issues:

I installed a set of GMS weight jacker arms, install was rough (poly bushings too wide for the ears on the axle side), however I have the following problems now:

the swaybar will not fit. Its now 2" too wide, even if I tried to mount to the outside of the lca's. When I installed them, it mentioned the arms being notated as left and right, and there was no such notation on my arms.

also, there's a bad vibration on heavy accelleration, and I think its the driveshaft rubbing.

Check to see if you accidentally dented one of the shock boots(upper body). This is more common than you know, and will cause a strange vibration upon acceleration.. Strange that the sway bar doesn't fit. I didn't have any issues. I have a different LCA situation. I wonder if you switched the arms if it would fit. It almost sounds like you have the wrong set of control arms.......

Its definately a pinion problem, I heard it loud and clear on the way home....driveshaft > ebrake bracket.

I guess the proper step would be to pull it all apart, swap the sides on the arms to see if they line up better, and measure the space between the new lca's and the stockers, and adjust out the heim joints to match (common sense, but when I set them over, they looked the same).

What a ****ing nightmare.

I had the same problem you have when I installed my weight jacker GMS arms. My sway bar was off about an inch or maybe even 2. All I did was push it over so it fit inside the mounting point. It wasnt too bad to push it over, just had to use some muscle. The sway bar fit was really tight and I thought it was break but its been 2 years now and no problems (all under severe driving conditions).

As for your vibration, just measure your old control bolt to bolt length and compare it to your new one. Adjust length as necessary.
