I was looking into some sound deadening materials, and I got RoadKill from the local sound shop. I installed it all in the trunk Thursday night. I used all 9 sheets for the install because I chose to double up in some areas. I did a thorough covering with 7 sheets. I did not however get the trunk lid done much at all. I probably should have put more on there.
Anyhow, it deadened the noise from my exhaust some, but not nearly as much as I was hoping. It did however basically rid the car of that terrible buzz/rattle I'd been getting from the back. That was the goal of it, so it worked!
I am however still installing a Topline Magnaflow catback.
Magnaflow is my favorite sound, even though I like the MAC. I think I will enjoy the Magnaflow with my catted X more - just my preference!
I should've taken some pictures when I was done with the install, but I didn't get around to it. I mainly just wanted to let you guys know about Roadkill and that it works fairly well, but not REALLY well I'd say. I think it was pretty expensive too - the sheets seem to be larger than Dynomat sheets though. Plus, doing the whole trunk (sans lid) with 7 sheets wasn't too bad I figured.
