Yes, about that - the EEC tables run about 24-25* in the upper rpms, then add the base timing to that.

I thought the eec adds 16* to the base at WOT?

Not a constant, at least not on a 94/95 EEC. The EEC has a table of values for total timing based on RPM & load. It assumes 10* base timing and advances enough to reach the value in the tables.

I don't get it. That would mean advancing the timing does nothing as the eec would add less timing in to get to the values in the table???

The number in the table is the amount the EEC adds to the base. Most tables have 24-25* as the top number and that is not enough advnace for a high performance engine, so 25+10 = 35* which is right in the area you want to be.
