Installed Tranny and Intake, NOW CAR WONT IDLE CORRECTLY! WTF? HELP!

Alright, I took off my upper intake since my buddy is porting me and intake, and I figured it would be done by the completion of my transmission swap, it wasnt so I put it back on. Now my car wont idle right, and it shakes....

What could be the problem? Other than possibly a vacumm problem, could it be a bad transmission/clutch install? I installed a 94 cobra tranny, a Flywheel, Spec Stage II Clutch, and Had to install a newer 94 Mustang GT Starter....what could be other problems I should look for? Maybe a low battery?

I would definently suspect a vacuum leak since you had the upper off. Check all of the vaccum lines. Did you use a new upper to lower gasket?

What year is your car? I only ask because you cannot bolt in an SN95 tranny into a fox. Imput shaft is too long. The vibration is somewhere in your drivetrain, obviously, possibly the driveshaft. Did you line up the flywheel correctly? it only goes on one way... so itd be tough. But people have forced the bolts into make it line up.

the 94 Cobra tranny was mounted with the newer bellhousing, so it fit. I had to use the newer starter too, as for the flywheel...I noticed the bolt would only line up one way, and thats how it went on.
