Installing 3.73 gears

Hey all....Well I'm about to install some 3.73's and I've just got one question. My car has 95k on it and everything seems fine, no rear end noises or leaks, so I was wondering if I'd be okay with just getting the regular install kit with the shims, crush sleeve, and seals, or should I also do the bearings? I would like to keep it cheaper if I can, but I don't want to end up paying bigtime if something goes wrong. Can anyone give a fellow stanger some advice. Thanks

Also, spend the extra $50 on a t-lokj rebuild kit at that kind of mileage just to be sure. Might as well get everything done while the diff is taken apart so you don't have to pay for labor down the line to fix something again. Preventative Maintenance

I agree save you the hassle, and you won't have to worry about it.

And do your self a favor and get the Speed Cal instead of the speedo gear. The 97 I bought few months back has 3.73's and used the 23 tooth speedo gear. The speedometer was reading fast by 10mph. Ran up more miles than actually doing. I recently installed a speed call and man what a difference. The speedometer reads right now.. Highly recommended if you want to keep the miles correct on car.
