Installing a tune with SCT SF3

Hello!

I wanted to know some small things before you install the tune.
When I put it in the car with TBS ... should you disconnect the battery after a few minutes and reconnect, then drive a few miles?

I didn't disconnect that battery, I just loaded it up and drove around, seemed to work fine.

For cons, I do not understand, because the tune to a file: steeda.cef
Now, I can not read and when I plug my SCT on the computer, nothing happens.
How to put the file on the SCT?
