You will need to take off the kick panels, sill plates, headliner trim , and loosen the rear quarter trim pieces. The old one should pull right off so just clean off the area and apply the new weatherstrip with 3m weatherstrip adhesive which is available at any parts store.

You can just pull the trim out the way enough to remove/install and I didnt notice any glue residue, so I just put the new one on, hasn't leaked in 4yrs.

I just got done installing mine.

I removed the sill plates, loosened the kick panels, removed the a pillar trim, and loosen the rear quarter trim pieces. Next I pulled out all the old stripping, then install the new stripping from front to back. I bought the stripping through late model. Which happened to be too long, so a good six inches had to be cut. Re-installed all the removed or loosened pieced and repair complete.

Didn't see the need for adhesive, it doesn't seem like it's going to go anywhere
