How much do you think that it would cost me to have a shop install 4.10 gears, rebuild kit for the 8.8, and to install the dallas mustang speed cal and to make sure it works? By the way I"m from PA if that helps. Thanks guys

if you paid 400 for everthing the cops are after you, the gears run from 130-190, speed cal is around 90 labor on the gear will be 200 or more ect....

Well I did say around $400. If you take your gears=130 speedcal=90 labor=200 Total=420

When I purchased my parts I picked up everything shipping=0.

I paid 590 for gears and a rebuild, parts included. $200 of that was labor. I should have gotten the parts myself and could have saved some cash. The speedcal I did myself.

I paid around $200, but went over to a friend's place who had done around 40 gear swaps. I basically helped him with the install and learned how to do it in the process. I bought him a couple of adjustable shims to thank him for helping me.

I already have the speed cal gears and rebuild kit. I just need to get it installed. I put $310.00 into just the parts. It seems that $200-$300 seems reasonable just for the install. Would that be close?
