I just got my MAC prochamber and I was planning on bolting it on myself but I dont really have anything to cut the old H-pipe off with. What can I cut it off with? If I have to have it professionally done, how much will a muffler shop charge to do this? Thanks Erik

You don't cut the stock H-pipe off. You unbolt it from the stock manifolds and catback, and bolt the Prochamber in its place. There's plenty of us that've done this swap, so just ask if you need to know anything more specific.

Scrody is right... the only time you have to cut the stock exhaust is when you're trying to remove the cat-back section of the exhaust (mufflers portion).... not the stock H pipe.

I had a 2000 GT performance red just like yours...

As stated above you don't cut it off...you unbolt it...and your going to have to change out the driver side stud to get the Prochamber to fit correctly without a leak You will love the sound
