Are these things tighter than stock or what!?! They dont want to draw in. I know I have the right ones. I cant get a hold of a 36mm socket to get the hub off to press them in either.

Any suggestions?

You can buy an acorn nut from an autoparts store for less than a dollar. Put the stud in the back of the axle. Put a little big of grease on the top of the acorn nut, leave the wheel off, and screw it on backwards. Turn the nut slowly with a wrench, and it will pull the stud in slowly.

Andy, which studs do you have? I just installed moroso part number 46185 up front and they went in slick as hell. I did have the complete spindle off the car though at the time though (I was doing my K member). I braced the hub around the wheel stud and then hit it out with a hammer. To install them I just reversed the process. I put the stud in as far as I could and then used a brass punch and a hammer to drive them in... it was SIMPLE and I had it done in no more than 15-20 minutes. I hope this helps. P.S.- I sprayed the studs with PB blaster before I tried knocking them out.

BTW- DO NOT TAKE THE HUB NUT OFF!!! It takes like 250ft/lbs of torque to reinstall it and it is a permanently sealed bearing in there.

I have the 46185's also. I already took the hubs off, too late for that one. Opps... I tried putting them in a press and they are still very very very tight. I got 2 pressed in and thought i was going to break it so i stopped.

I dunno what to do now.

I have NO idea why you are having such issues. What knurl size was marked on the package? Try freezing the studs and heating the hub a little before you try again, it should help.
