Installing Steeda Cobra R Splitter/bumper

Has anyone installed the Steeda R splitter(bumper) on a o3/o4? If so do you like the outcome? And finally how much clearance do you lose?

Here's a picture of my buddy's GT before he ripped the splitter off. Be VERY careful with curbs, driveways, etc. He had Steeda springs BTW....
