Ok I have a 1991 5.0 block that I had built up, But I am left to install the upper intake. I have the upper intake and I have the tree looking thing that goes under it. Now i am comfused with what I connect to what. The lower intake is on the block and I know there is a whole in the back of the intake, what goes there? I will not be running a egr, i have the egr delete plate and did the smog pump delete on the motor, so can anyone help me with pics so I can see what goes where and how to run the hoses.

Thanks

this is an explorer intake, but pretty much the same exact thing as far as how the vac lines hook up. the PCV valve goes in that hole on the lower intake.

not pictured, the other small vac port on the vac tree on the underside of the intake goes to the egr vacuum solenoid. since youre not running egr, just cap it off.

wait a second, this is scaring me. my vac setup is 100% different, i only have one hose going to the pvc valve and the others i got going to my tree. basically anything that had a vacum before the intake install had a vacuum after i finished? does it matter or could i be not getting proper vacuum with my setup(aka. my hunting idle)

vacuum is vacuum, as long as all the lines are run, it really doesnt matter where they go.

that is a handy diagram though.....
