Going to weight lifting on tuesday.. woman runs stop sign hits our truck.. dents in the door and smashes the bed a goodin.. she says its her fault.. I say my back hurts andddd $250... okay it ain't much but its something.. so what do you guys think i should spend it on ?

Did you really hurt your back? You do realize that insurance is not a free check.. that money comes from somewhere.

Man! Stuff like that is why I had to get a lawyer to sue the insurance company after some jerk drove over me (not exagerating) in an attempt to get away (after I protested to his stealing of my stuff), in front of about 20 witnesses! I'm still waiting almost two years later.

Its not that im not hurts..im not dead but i know its theret but ive been in accidents before and got twisted around and no one ever said "lets pay him for it"

Oh, I guess those two paragraphs do sound related. No, actually the Karma comment was in reference to insurance fraud, generally speaking...

But since I never get tired of telling this story - according to the police and insurance company, the incident was an "altercation" which resulted in shared fault for the injuries. Yeah right, so if someone rips you off and you go to talk to them about it (no threats-just open questions) and they bounce you off the pavement, you're partly guilty?? The system is stupid...they want us to be passive cows in a pasture.
