I finally found what's been causing my car to run like a $&$-*. Turns out I blew out both gaskets between the heads and the intake. I'm guessing the 14 lbs of boost had something to do with it. They were felt pros with gaskacinch and it was all torqued to spec. Has anyone else had this problem and what did you use to solve it? Or if any of you guys running high boost what do you do to prevent it?

Thanks

okay i just found out that felpro makes a steel core gasket Q1262S3 and that should solve the problem as the 1262's split widyhwise which allowed the top of the gaskets to blow up and out. reading some posts though i see fel pro has a Q1262S3 and a Z1262S3, and it seems theres a lot of problem with the Z's waterjacket openings being too big. anyone know which will work on tw 185's and a tw int.

I've had no issues with the felpro 1250 or 1262...I use right stuff across the front and rear rails and a little dab between ports and around the water jackets. I also use my own stud kit on the intake...25psi...no issues.
