Intake and exhaust gaskets for AFR 165 (tried search)

I'm in the middle of a head swap and was wondering what intake and exhaust gaskets to purchase that have ports large enough for AFR 165's? Intake is a tmoss ported lower. Headers are stock right now, possibly BBK tomorrow.

Also, what is the best way to remove carbon, gasket material, etc from the cylinders bores after prepping?

use a shop vac to get stuff out of the bores
