Is there an intake I could get to get rid of the fuel puddling problems of ours so I could run a 125 shot? Is the JLT cold air intake better than the RAI because I have ram air and it seems like my isnt as strong on the street as is at the track because of the headlight but would it be beneficial to get the cold air and does it perform the same at the track?

No intake except the P-51 would help the fuel puddling "problem". I say "problem" becuase it's not a problem if you run a rpm window switch set to 2800 rpm or higher turn on. I have run a 175 (yes 175) shot several times and i can't count how many lower hp nitrous shots have run through my motor in the last 3 years. I have always had a window switch and never had a backfire or even a hiccup. STOCK INTAKE as well. NX wet system.

It may not have happened to you, but others have had it happen.

I would stick to 100-125 only. Any more than that and you are gambling with your intake and stock rods...
