Intake Maifold removal

trying to remove intake manifold. Chiltons has magically disappeard (thanks for cleaning my room mom )

dual plug motor. looking from the drivers side. how in the hell do i remove the stud on the right side closest to the motor. the one with the wire loom on the stud. i can't get that loom to lift up. i got the front one too but this one won't budge!

everything else is out and it's just this one holding it but i can't figure a way to get to it.
