I suspect you'd see a marginal improvement. I don't recall the cobra's having alot of changes from a GT. Intake, TB, different Calibration, injectors, etc. They were like 240 hp. You'd need to change some other things to get big changes, but you'd need an intake too. I'd just start collecting parts myself. Get the intake, save for some heads, and a cam, and do it all at once. Why take it apart 5 times?

You'll definitely see some nice gains with the intake. Like wytstang said, it's pretty big compared to the stocker. If you have a factory strut tower brace, it will need to go, the cobra won't fit under it.
