i've seen two differnt types: under intake and after throtle body. do either do anything at all? they seem pretty cheep which tells me they don't. hp = money-- big hp = bigger money.

Some of the mach guys have shown a few HP with a PHP spacer, they seem to work well with other mods like CAI.

I will have mine in Friday and I'm headed to the dyno on Sat so I'll get and idea of the gain...

yes they do work. you're not going to get any big power gains out of it, but it couldn't hurt. just think of it like this......for instance a c&l plenum has a built in intake spacer. c&l must have done this for a reason

btw - if you have a plenum don't use the spacer with the plenum. it will cause idle problems

I've heard that they are useless. Does anyone have a dyno showing results??
I have one sitting in my garage. If anybody has dyno results that would be great!

I've heard really good results from them.

A guy at work has a TB spacer on his 03 Silverado, he said is made a difference, also he got like 1 or 2 miles a better on gas on a trip. I know thats no Mustang.

Not much to speak of, but it's that much more you're squeezing out.

I have a phenolic intake spacer and I did not notice any great gains, but I did notice better throttle response, which made it worth the $25 bucks to me.
