Intake Swap Frustration

Started my intake swap finally and I got as far as unbolting the throttle body. Problem is that I can't figure out for the life of me how to get the two cables that are connected to the linkage off. Anyone have any pictures of how to do it, or detailed description of how to do this????

The cables pop off the ball stud they are mounted on. Some prying with a big screwdriver will do the trick.

should just snap off pretty easily, use a small pick and pry open the thing, wasnt ever a problem for me.

an even easier way to do it is to unbolt the whole bracket from the intake(two bolts behind TB), move it aside and bolt it to the new intake
