on my 98 Gt right now I have a mid pipe and a cat back next next mod is going to be a CIA. I am debating between K&n or steeda, heard good stuff about both dont know what to choose. also after that im thinking of plenum and throttle body 70mm good/bad idea?

i wouldn't spend money on a CAI if i was you...i have the accufab plenum and 70mm TB combo with the stock intake tract and my car runs great. get the plenum/TB first.

If you have already started working on the exaust. you should go ahead and finish it. BTW..... 70mm throttle body..... Great idea!

You're gonna get a Central Intelligence Agency on your car?? lol, j/k. If you want a cold air kit, build your own. Homemade CAI I have that on mine, and it looks good, and works as well as any other out there.
