Well, long story short....
The weld that holds the head of the AFM tool let go and wedged it in the chain tonight. Looks like I'll be taking the long road on this cam install.
They are VT stage I.
Hopefully, I'll get them in soon.

Man does that suck. You should send AFM a bill for the extra labor time @ $50 an hour.

Best of luck with the rest of the install.

That sucks man. I'd sure give AFM a call and let them know. Are you changing your valve springs also???

Brian with AFM has already emailed me back this morning to let me know I can get a new tool or a refund (I sent an email to him late last night). He also said that he has never heard of one failing before. They have great customer service, but I don't think good enough to pay for extra labor. Oh well, at least I'll know how to take off my front accessories...and pulleys...and sprockets...and chains...and...

I'm not changing the springs with the Stage 1's. I don't have many miles and they are not required according to VT, "but always recommended." I don't think I'll have any problems.

I have been trying to find someone at DiabloSport to get custom tune for my predator. My file is ready to be emailed, but I just can't get in touch with anyone at DiabloSport. I sat on hold yesterday several times. Can anyone help?
