Would two turbocoupe intercooler cores welded together to make a single intercooler and used as a front mount be better than one of those ebay intercoolers? My 84 GT Turbo currently has a turbocoupe top mount on it.
They are good cores, but they are small. If anything, they would probably work best in a side-by-side vertical flow configuration with two or three cores. If they are stuck end-to-end, then the flow area stays the same and only the outlet temp improves.
