I thought Ive heard of there being a billet or metal replacement for the plastic interior handles, does anyone know if this is true? If not whats the best reproduction supplier or best correction for them becoming loose, breaking or stretching? My pass side door only opens from the outside, the inner handle is together and all the linkage is attached it just seems to not pull the rod enough...any ideas.....

have you pulled the panel off to see what the problem is? I dont think the issue is the handle itself.

one time my int handles jumped a tooth or two on the little gear inside. made the door tricky to open. try pulling it apart and messing with that.

if you plan on getting replacement handles get complete ones. meaning the entire assembly. i bought replacement handles with just the handle and a new pin and that damn pin fell out almost once a week. i even tried gluing it in. the entire assembly is only a few more dollars anyways.

the original outer handles were garbage. the inners are actually fairly stout. if the door will not open from the inside. pull the door panel off and find out what the problem is. most likely something has come loose and just needs to be adjusted.
