So I purchased a revolution masterchip from someone on ebay for 40 bucks The person I bought it from seems honest and has 100% positive feedback so I am pretty sure that the chip is in working condition. The chip was originally sold to him as a single tune chip with the horns taken off for EEC clearance, so it appeared not to be anything special. It was also sold to him without a switch to toggle between programs, because he only had one. So now I have a revolution chip for 40bucks. To avoid a custom dyno tune which is very expensive I brainstormed on ways to get around it. Idea one was to find someone with the exact same mods as me and use whomever they used to burn my chip. I figured this would solve my problem of ordering a chip that didnt have correct A/F or timing. This idea slowly faded, but an even better one came to me. twEECer users create files custom to their applications and the more advanced users have a better understanding of which values need to be changed for different H/C/I combinations. So I found this really nice guy who has a website and he hooked me up with two twEECer files that I took different parts from to blend the two files into a custom tune for me. The two tunes are application specific for all of my modifications. His mods are almost identical. As a base, I am using the J4J1 Cobra calibrations. With the direction of the twEECer tuner I blended the two files. I then found a performance engineer in Canada who does custom calibration twEECer files and burns Revolution chips. I sent him the files and he is going to burn my chip for me.
It was a ton of organizing but i finally got everything put together. I will post again and let you know if my master plan is or fingers crossed and thank you to everyone that helped me along the way!

Cliff Notes...

The guy bought a chip off eBay for 40 bucks. He got two people to give him Tweecer files and he took bits and pieces of each file to make a "custom" tune. Whenever the consumer is happy, even if they don't know what they are doing, that's all the counts.
