20's look too big on the 05 Mustang, IMHO. I would stick with 18"s, or 19"s at the largest.

20's start looking bling bling.

will 10.5 rims fit an 05? I have only seen 10 inch rims on the 05, if they do fit thats awesome.

Hatchman: Don't take this as a flame: On the 04 and previous styled Stangs I would totally agree with you. 20's look gay on them. But with the S197 bodystyle, you are smoking crack!!! Look at all of the cars rolling at SEMA, they all had 20's they looked fantastic!!!

As far as 3k, that sounds about right. I just priced a similar setup for my '05 and it came out to about 3200.

20's are iffy. Some look good some look bling. Depends on the wheel. The Saleen wheels are WAY gay.

Look at gp001's 19's, they are REAL nice and fit the car to a T

If you are referring to me (2MFF-Z28 and I make up the "2" in 2MFF) then mine are only 19's

Sweet, what make are those wheels and what size are your tires? Also your website is a great help to get an idea of how to start some 05 projects, your disclaimers are nice as well.

19s and 20s on the new style stang look right. On the SN95s 18's are the max I would go. The 05 is a bigger car and needs bigger wheels to match the look.

I think $3K is right in line. I ordered Bonspeed Deltas and fought to get them at $470 a piece plus shipping, some shops wanted $900 each!! Ordered the 20 x 8.5 and 20 x 10's w/ BFG 255 & 285's in the rear, got a decent deal on the tires at just under $1K. By the time they are mounted and balanced I'll have $3K in the mess. I am wierd when it comes to tires and wheels and I say the 05 GT can handle the 20's without ringin the blingin alarm.

Haven't got the car yet.

The Sonic Blue GT in the BFG ad where they feature Big Daddy pulling the wheels on his dragradials is wearing 20" Bonspeed Delta's. Advertising works, I bought the car, wheels tires ect, only thing I didnt get was the spolier and Big Daddys coupe .
