What year, I just bought one as a DD and it doesn't have halo headrests.

I have a pair off an 86 set of seats.

not sure what year they were on. I want to say 88-90, but they had re-covered 86 mustang gt front seats.

They were out of an Escort GT. I told they guy they were from an escort and he chuckled Said $5 and i was like "okay i guess that's fair"

No cracks or fading..but i did dye them black. I've never seen a halo headrest at the junkyard since.

Here they are on the black Sport seats I had before. Ignore the red console, i was doing my black interior conversion in stages

i see them at my P-N-P all the time but they are cracked, covered in duck tape, or look like a dog had a go at them.

The ones I have have the cracking on them, but I'm not sure just how much that hurts there value?
