I think they came with the windsor block as apposed to our romeo. only a few differences (thats what held my car up) I went with a windsor and some of the bolts are different sizes, so we had to find bolts for the bottom 2 bolts in the timing cover,.. and a few others. major difference i think has something to do with the main bolts.

if he is giving then def. take. I would go big bore if I were taking my time. I had to chose fast and money limited me to go forged only with flat tops. If I would have had more time I would have def. went big bore.

Will the intake manifold off the truck block fit on our motors?

I believe both 4.6L blocks where the same, but the heads, cams, intake and tune was differnet for the mustangs, netting it different HP/TRQ raitings i believe.

At least i know my brother had a 97 F-150 with a 4.6L SOHC engine and he wouldn't stand a chance against my 02 GT Dont know if the trucks had the same "PI" head problem as the 96-98 stangs did...but im just sayin
