Is a Lincoln Mark 7 rear swaybar worth using?

I got some parts out of a 87 Lincoln Mark 7 LSC for my '66, and I noticed it had a not too wimpy looking rear swaybar. Is it any different than stock 5.0 Mustang equiptment? Is that or the 3.08:1 posi center section worth using on a 5.0? These are some of the parts I got stuck with as part of the deal, and I was just wondering if I got stuck with utterly useless, undesirable crap or not? I'm sure not using either of these on my 66, but would they be useful on a 5.0?

You sure it's not a 3:27?
That's what was on my 89.

the posi unit itself is worth rebuilding, but the 3.08's are only good for highway cruising...or a doorstop

dunno about the sway bay though...I'm pretty sure it would fit a 'stang...but GT's had pretty decent sway bars from the get-go
