I got a bottle heater, and found that it is useful all year round. The bottle needs to be at 95 deg, I think. You won't need it at 2pm on Sat in Florida, but at 9 pm you will.
If you look around on, its easy to get temp-pressure chart for nitrous on line.
I don't fuss at people that heat with a torch, but I will not do it. I have spent a career in construction, and some serious time in fuel gasses and compressed gasses in general, in a shipyard. I have first hand experience with a major acetylene f(*K up. NO way am I going to put a torch to an aluminum nitrous bottle. It works, and 9 out of 10 folks will not have a problem, but if you are number 10, start running now.
