I think you should just ignore it.. Its not your car who cares. BTW My wifes father owns a v-6 with dual exausht and cobra rims. He was drag racer back in the day and won many events and drives his v-6 faster than most people drive their Gt's

The dual exhaust dont bother me, its just looking when they put the Cobra emblems on it when it is just a v-6 with duals. No disrespect towards the V-6, but seeing Cobra emblems all over it just makes me wanna go tell them HEY THAT IS NOT A COBRA

I don't think its right. Hell, I have a Cobra body kit and Cobra wheels....but I'm putting '99 GT badges on the fenders and decklid. Its a GT...not a Cobra

no duals on a v6 are fine,by me i didnt say anything about v6 duals just the badges is what i was refering to....

I took all the GT badges off my '03 GT. I personally think the 99-04 GT badge is ugly as sin. I replaced them with V6 running pony badges and an Explorer "V8" emblem in the rear.

But some people apparently don't know what a car is without a badge because the other day i was coming out of autozone and getting into my car and had another 99+ GT drive by and the passenger yell out "Nice wanna-be GT" and throw me a rev.

Does make it fun though when the ricers think they can beat me! Seriously...why slap on Cobra emblems when you can pretend you are a V6 and get all the races!!
