Is my car emissions exempt?

I haven't been able to find any specific mileage restrictions in PA laws for classic or antique plates. It does say they consider limited use as one day a week or special events such as cruises but they never give a total yearly mileage. What if you cruise with a club once a week but that happens to be a 200 trip? As long as you are not using the car as a daily driver you should be alright.
