ofter I had my stang on a long drive [1 houre] the oil press would drop a little then it might come back up, it did this going down the highway, it did it several times

First, check your oil level. Assuming it's OK, take the wire off the oil pressure sender, tweak it with some pliers, and reconnect it. If the problem keeps up, find a diagnostic oil pressure gauge and hook it up and see what's up. If all is OK, just install a new sender.

thank you !!!! I was starting to think no one could understand the problem

I put a diagnostic gauge on it--cold I had 48 psi at idle [900rpm] after it warmed up it would move around 35-40, I could see the slighest chang in rpm sound,[I mean 100 rpm drop] and it would drop from 40 psi to 35 or a little less , is this ok?
