talk to Tmoss... Tom has a good website that gives details of the gains for porting the lower... he can email you or PM you the price... I have thought about going this route but don't feel like doing all that work and buying gaskets just to have my factory intake still on the car...

the website is: http://tmossporting.com/

While I haven't done it yet I have heard Tom is first rate all around...

I for one have seen many peeps say Tom Moss does great porting work and the pics of his work I've seen have looked terrific.

You can get a gain from his handy work on a stock intake.

Can you gain the same if you went with an aftermarket (not oem Cobra) intake.

That is a Q you might wanna ask if you think long term and have any serious gains in mind.

If your not going to change heads, porting the stock lower ia about all you need to do - guys have gotton to 240-260RWHP with ported intakes and heads and an exhaust and some are detailed in the Community section of my site in the Photo Galleries folder.

If your going to use GT40 heads, a ported stock intake is still a very good choice. If your going aftermarket heads eventually, then a Cobra or Performer are good choices now.
