Is Summit TFI Distributor made by Mallory?

I was wondering if anyone knows for sure who makes the Summit TFI billet distributor. I'm looking at part # SUM-850300. The pictures of the Summit and Mallory look VERY similar except the cap is black. Even the replacement cap and rotor kit that Summit suggests for its distributor are Mallory parts.

Has anyone tried one these?

it may be, but dont expect the same quality. summit wires are made by taylor, but the insulation is junkier quality. just a word of advice
