The car is a electric green 99 Cobra with 33k miles on it basically stock has rims and intake and catback that’s it. Car is clean and he wants $14300 Firm. Should I pick it up? Charcoal interior no rips car is mint. Looking for advise.. is it wise to buy now or should I wait till 05s come out? do you forsee 99-04 stangs depreciting big time or not really?

also the 05gt might be a match for the 99cobra 300vs 320 hp not much difference might come down to driver right?

I don't know if this is a good deal or not, but be sure and do a Carfax to check everything out as far as it's past history goes. The 99 was the year that was down on power I believe, so make sure it had the recall done to fix the intake and exhaust to bring the power up. The guys on the SVT forum here could probably help a little more on this subject.
