Yeah, couple of days ago. Unboxed and they look great. Boxed them back up and put on the shelf for down the road.

They were available a couple months ago. I almost ordered one when they first released. I think it's reasonably priced and they soldered a support to one of the tubes which was a weak spot on the original design.

If you can afford to wait, might be worth holding off picking one up.

Did you buy 1 now that they are back in stock ?

I have not. Just banged out an expensive house project...so trying to let the credit card cool off a bit. Hopefully they remain in stock for a bit.

Did you hear about the recall for our heater cores? NDP call me and said there is a weak weld spot, and it will pop when Heat hits it they are refunding my money back for the 2 I bought fully. even shipping costs . Then they are going to let me know when the new batch is made and ready for order. I have not installed one into my foxbody, yet they are still sitting in the box. I was waiting for the colder weather to install one. To dam hot here now lol

Mine to I used PayPal and funds were transferred back to me. amazing customer support from NPD. Are you going to repurchase when they have a new batch of heater cores? What are you going to do with the heater cores you have now straight in the trash ?

About ten years ago I replaced my heater core( ford engineers suck ass) I used one from LMR with the reducer for the inlet hose.
No problems with it and I do daily drive the out of it. (316,000miles now) So feel comfortable to use the same one I did.

Have not as other things have taken priority. Might do it this winter.

I have a write up on how to replace the heater core from an old Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords magazine. Need to hit @Noobz347 up and see if he can post it on here in the how tech section.
