I just bought some 17" bullitt rims, they will be powder coated white before I get the tires and mount them all...and I am going to lower it about an inch or so, and I was wondering if these springs were good prices, and which personal reccomendations on each were?

Also, are these decent prices? And are used springs as good as new ones or is it not a good idea to get used springs? (like from ebay or wherever.)
I know that similar questions have been asked, I have searched, but i'm looking particular to these two springs. Also seems a lot of people like ebach, i'll be looking for a place that sells those.
