Can you tell me what this is? I just swapped all my harnesses and I cant figure out what this is...Is it a ground block? Any idea what wire goes to the other side? It reached the starter solonoid but its a black wire with a white stripe...86 gt 5.0

It goes to the starter solenoid where you have the large gauge wire with the copper lug.

It goes to whatever lug you have your battery directly connected to.

The only thing that should be hooked on the starter side is the wire that runs to the starter bendix.

It's the circuit breaker for your power window and door locks and should be attached to the solenoid like this.
